What is SendLynx?+

A booking page for small service businesses. Share one link, clients pick a time, and SendLynx handles the confirmations, reminders, and deposits so you stop chasing people.

How fast can I start taking bookings?+

A few minutes. Sign up, name your business, add a service or two, and your booking page (your Lynx Link) is live.

Do you send text/SMS reminders?+

Yes — on Pro and Studio you can turn on SMS text reminders & confirmations, sent only to clients who opt in, on top of email. Starter includes email reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment).

How do deposits work?+

If a service has a deposit, the client pays it at booking through Stripe. The slot isn't confirmed until the deposit clears — which is what keeps flaky cancellers honest.

Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?+

Yes. Every confirmation has a 'Manage your booking' link where clients can cancel, and you can reschedule from your dashboard. Changes email everyone automatically.

Does it add the appointment to their calendar?+

Yes — confirmation emails include a calendar invite (.ics), so the appointment drops straight into Google, Apple, or Outlook.

Do I need my own website?+

Nope. Your Lynx Link is a full booking page on its own. Put it in your Instagram bio, text it to clients, link it anywhere.

Can I add staff or other providers?+

Yes. Starter is one provider, Pro covers up to five, and Studio is unlimited. Each provider gets their own services and weekly hours.

What does it cost? Do you take a cut of my bookings?+

Flat monthly pricing — $29 Starter, $79 Pro, $149 Studio. We never take a percentage of your bookings. (Stripe's standard processing fee applies to deposits, same as anywhere.)

Can I cancel anytime?+

Anytime, from your billing page. No contracts.
